Technical Expertise & Consulting:\n\n- Provide expert consulting services on AWS cloud solutions.\n\n- Design and implement AWS architectures and solutions that meet client needs.\n\n- Stay up-to-date on the latest AWS services and technologies.\n\n- Strong understanding on app modernization, cloud migration and Cloud native app development.\n\n4. Client Management & Satisfaction:\n\n- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.\n\n- Deliver high-quality AWS projects and solutions on time and within budget.\n\n- Act as a customer advocate, representing client needs and feedback to AWS.\n\n5. Process Improvement & Innovation:\n\n- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.\n\n- Explore and implement new technologies and solutions to solve customer challenges.\n\n- Contribute to the development of AWS-related best practices and standards.\n\nThe candidate should have a builder mindset; the firm seeks not only a strong leader who can articulate a vision, but one who can also drive execution of that vision in a very concrete manner that results in tangible business outcomes.\n\nThe role demands a high level of autonomy; a strong appetite to drive change and overcome organizational complexity; and a high level of drive to build a business from its current strong foundations to a potential billion-scale business.\n\nOur Ideal Candidate:\n\nHe/She/They or the incumbent will have 18+ years of experience with minimum of 10+ years of experience leading IT related \"Cloud\" projects of various size/scope. Key qualifications include:\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n1. Technical Skills:\n\n- Extensive experience with AWS Practice.\n\n- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and best practices.\n\n- Experience with cloud architecture and design.\n\n2. Leadership & Management Skills:\n\n- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of technical professionals. Should have managed a practice in recent past.\n\n- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.\n\n- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.\n\n3. Business Acumen:\n\n- Understanding of the cloud market and AWS ecosystem.\n\n- Worked on SOW, PO, M&A for cloud deals.\n\n- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.\n\n- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\n4. Other Skills:\n\n- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n\n- Strong organizational and time management skills.\n\n- Ability to travel as needed.\n\n5.
