Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.\nJob Description\nPosition Overview\nThe Divisional Risk Operations Manager is a senior consultant who will support the Divisional Technology Risk\nOperations Management Lead in executing workforce strategy, overseeing consulting engagements, advancing\norganizational priorities, and driving operational excellence. The role will help establish, mature, and drive the\noperational efficiency and enabling functions that support the Divisional Risk Management Practice, including\ngovernance, workforce and vendor management, business planning, executive reporting, and process\nimprovement. This individual will serve as a hands-on strategic and operational partner, coordinating leadership\nactivities, facilitating key governance forums, and producing clear, executive-ready content and reporting.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport workforce strategy, organizational design, resource planning, staffing analysis, and related\nmanagement activities.\nCoordinate the day-to-day management of active project consulting and managed services engagements,\nincluding governance, financial tracking, performance monitoring, risks, issues, and stakeholder updates.\nHelp translate organizational strategy into practical plans, milestones, governance routines, and measurable\noutcomes.\nEstablish, mature, and drive operational efficiency and enabling functions across the Divisional Risk\nManagement Practice, including standardized processes, governance routines, management information, and\ncontinuous improvement mechanisms.\nCoordinate and facilitate quarterly Integrated Business Review (IBR) meetings, leadership reviews, planning\nsessions, and other governance forums.\nCreate executive-level presentations, briefing materials, dashboards, reports, talking points, and leadership\ncommunications.\nTrack strategic initiatives, commitments, decisions, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items to promote\nvisibility and accountability.\nAnalyze operational performance, capacity, and organizational metrics to identify trends, gaps, and\nimprovement opportunities.\nDrive process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, transparency, and scalability across the\norganization.\nPartner with senior leaders, functional teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment and\nsupport timely execution of priorities.\nRequired Qualifications\nSignificant experience in business operations, technology, technology risk, strategy execution, program\nmanagement, consulting, or a related field.\nStrong knowledge of technology organizations and technology risk concepts, including governance, operating\nmodels, portfolio management, and organizational planning.\nExperience supporting workforce strategy, organizational design, resource planning, or vendor and consulting\nengagement management.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into\nconcise, audience-appropriate messages.\nDivisional Risk Operations Manager | Senior Consultant\nDemonstrated ability to create polished executive-level content, including presentations, reports, dashboards,\nbriefing materials, and leadership communications.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive progress in a fast-paced, matrixed\nenvironment.\nAbility to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional\npartners, consultants, and vendors.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and related productivity and reporting tools.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience within enterprise technology, technology risk, cybersecurity, operational risk, or a regulated\nfinancial services environment.\nExperience preparing materials for senior management, executive committees, or formal business reviews.\nExperience establishing or improving governance routines, management reporting, operational metrics, or\nbusiness processes.\nMeasures of Success\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 80000 to 100000\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
