Your role
You will be joining our client with helping different companies to do more with trusted data. Their Data Intelligence Cloud brings flexible governance, continuous quality and built-in privacy to the world’s leading brands. They also unites organizations with data that's easy to find, understand, trust and access.
You will be on a mission to empower their customers with trusted data, so they can change the world. Combining of their unique skills, experiences and strengths, you will make data more accessible, meaningful and valuable for some of the world’s most influential organizations.
Your tasks
- Managing all communication with indicated Client’s DQ customers and partners required to resolve support tickets with defined SLA
- Coordinating and tracking the escalation of tickets to Client's FTE support team
- Maintaining a record of all communication and actions for the support tickets in Zendesk provided by our Client
- Contributing frequently answered questions to the Client's knowledge base.
- Participating in the on-call rotations when needed for resolution of severe issues (Severity 1) . as soon as possible.
- Assessing if support tickets are feature requests or product bugs and replicating bugs.
Your profile
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing position,
- Proficiency in reading system logs as part of the ticket resolution process,
- Familiarity with Linux systems,
- Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL,
- Have a base understanding of SSL, LDAP/SSO protocols, networking, firewalls,
- Knowledge of Java and REST API,
- Knowledge of Kubernetes.
Would be a plus:
- Familiarity with Spark and Hadoop
