The ideal candidate will have experience designing and deploying AI-powered solutions for business automation, customer interaction, and data-driven decision-making. The role focuses on LLM-based AI systems, conversational AI, and machine learning-driven automation, with experience building scalable, production-ready solutions. Experience in data integration and connecting Copilot Studio to data sources such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs is required.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms using Microsoft technologies.\nCollaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective AI solutions.\nBuild and maintain scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, AI Builder, Copilot, and Dynamics 365.\nDevelop and deploy machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Bot Framework, and other Azure AI tools.\nOptimize AI algorithms for performance and scalability.\nConduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.\nDocument and communicate AI solutions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nEvaluate AI technologies such as LLMs, SLMs, and embeddings, as well as architectures including orchestration patterns and RAG, when developing solutions.\nSpecify or implement AI platform improvements, including fine-tuning and training custom machine learning models.\nRequired Skills\nExperience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, AI Builder, Copilot, and related architecture and design practices.\nExperience with Azure, Azure DevOps for CI/CD, and C#.NET.\nProven experience developing and deploying AI models and algorithms.\nProficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.\nStrong knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.\nExperience with iterative/agile development practices.\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.\nExcellent communication skills.\nDesired Skills\nDynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure certifications.\nFamiliarity with basic machine learning concepts.\nKnowledge of Enterprise Architecture patterns.\nExperience with full lifecycle application testing, including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.\nExperience with delivery management.\nComfortable interacting directly with business users at all levels.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.\n10+ years of experience building web applications.\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 80,000 to 95,652\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
