Where no two days are the same.\nYour role\nDefine, deploy, and maintain EDA tool flows and CAD infrastructure supporting semiconductor design and verification activities across full SoC lifecycle.\nDrive the evaluation, benchmarking, and integration of EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys, Siemens EDA, Arteris) and associated flows to maximize productivity, reliability, and scalability.\nOwn the engineering infrastructure environment (compute, storage, licensing, CI/CD, automation) required for advanced chip design workloads.\nCollaborate with design, verification, and physical implementation teams to ensure efficient, robust, and scalable tool usage.\nExplore and integrate AI/ML-based tooling and workflows to improve engineering productivity (automation, debugging, optimization, knowledge extraction).\nEnsure optimal trade-offs between performance, cost, scalability, and usability of the CAD environment.\nAct as a key technical interface between internal engineering teams, management, and EDA vendors.\nProvide regular reporting on tool performance, usage, and roadmap alignment.\nYour tasks\nDefine, deploy, and maintain EDA flows for digital, mixed-signal, and verification activities (simulation, synthesis, P&R, DFT, signoff).\nEvaluate, benchmark, and qualify new EDA tools, releases, and methodologies before production deployment.\nDesign and operate EDA infrastructure environments, including: Compute farms (Linux-based clusters for simulation and regression), Storage systems (NFS, distributed storage, backup/DR), License servers (FlexLM/Flexera).\nDevelop and maintain automation frameworks for: tool installation and configuration, regression and CI/CD pipelines, resource provisioning and monitoring\nImplement and manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) for design and verification workflows.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to optimize tool usage and flows, debug tool-related issues, improve turnaround time and efficiency.\nMaintain strong interaction with EDA vendors (Cadence, Synopsys, Siemens).\nDefine and enforce best practices and standards for CAD usage and tool flows.\nIntegrate AI-driven capabilities into engineering workflows.\nSupport security, compliance, and reliability requirements (e.g., ISO 27001 environments).\nYour profile\nEDA / CAD Flow Expertise\nSolid experience with complete EDA flows: simulation, synthesis, place & route, verification, and DFT.\nHands-on knowledge of Cadence, Synopsys, and Siemens EDA (Mentor Graphics) tools.\nExperience in tool validation, qualification, deployment, and support.\nStrong understanding of EDA licensing systems (FlexLM/Flexera).\nExperience with tool version control, release management, and regression testing.\nInfrastructure & Automation\nExpertise in Linux-based compute environments for EDA workloads.\nExperience with NFS and distributed/parallel storage systems.\nKnowledge of CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.\nScripting & Development\nProficient in Python, Perl, Shell, and TCL.\nStrong automation mindset and experience with infrastructure-as-code practices.\nEducation\nMaster’s degree (or equivalent) in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.\nRequired Experience\n5+ years of experience in CAD, EDA, or semiconductor infrastructure.\nProven track record in EDA tool deployment and flow ownership.\nStrong exposure to semiconductor design and development environments.\nWhat You'll love about working here\nWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and sports card.
