The role combines architecture leadership with practical knowledge of AI technologies, supporting engineering teams and translating business needs into sustainable technical solutions.\nIn this role, you will be a key player in the following activities:\nDefine end-to-end architectures for AI and GenAI solutions;\nDesign AI-enabled applications, agentic workflows and orchestration patterns;\nSelect suitable models, platforms, frameworks and integration approaches;\nEstablish standards for AI governance, security, responsible AI and compliance;\nGuide engineering teams during implementation, integration and deployment;\nEnsure AI solutions are observable, scalable, reliable and cost-aware;\nLead architecture reviews and communicate options and trade-offs to stakeholders.\nYOUR PROFILE\n5+ years in solution architecture, data architecture, AI architecture or related roles;\nExperience delivering production-grade AI, ML or GenAI solutions;\nExperience working across technical and business teams in complex environments.\nExperience designing enterprise AI, ML or GenAI solutions;\nStrong understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI agents and orchestration patterns;\nKnowledge of AI application architecture, APIs and cloud-native integration;\nUnderstanding of model evaluation, monitoring and lifecycle concepts;\nFamiliarity with vector databases, knowledge retrieval and data foundations;\nKnowledge of AI security, governance and responsible AI principles;\nStrong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills;\nExcellent proficiency in Italian and English.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Vertex AI or a comparable cloud AI platform;\nExperience with agentic or multi-agent architectures;\nKnowledge of MLOps and AI observability practices;\nExperience in complex enterprise or telecommunications environments;\nFamiliarity with architecture frameworks and enterprise governance models.\nWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nWe recognize the importance of flexible work solutions to support you.
