As an ETL Tester, you will help ensure the quality, accuracy, integrity, and completeness of data across complex data warehouse and reporting solutions. In this role, you can expect real impact on critical banking processes, close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders, and growth in modern data quality engineering practices.\nYOUR PROJECT\nYou will work in an agile environment supporting complex ETL, data warehouse, reporting, and data migration initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and end-to-end data flows supporting banking and regulatory requirements.\nYOUR CLIENT\nYou will collaborate with product, business, data, and engineering stakeholders in the financial services domain. Your work will support quality decisions related to data correctness, migration readiness, regulatory reporting, and reliable delivery of banking solutions.\nYOUR TASKS\nCollaborating with business, data, engineering, and product stakeholders to understand requirements, ETL processes, mappings, and transformation rules.\n\nPlanning, designing, executing, and maintaining tests for ETL, data warehouse, reporting, and data migration areas.\n\nPerforming functional, system, integration, regression, user acceptance, and end-to-end data validation testing.\n\nUsing SQL to verify data quality, completeness, consistency, accuracy, and reconciliation between source, staging, and target systems.\n\nIdentifying, documenting, tracking, and analyzing defects, data anomalies, and root causes.\nPreparing test reports and communicating progress, risks, and quality insights to stakeholders.\n\nSupporting test data preparation, data masking, data validation, and continuous improvement of testing practices.\nYOUR PROFILE\n6+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 3 years in ETL, data warehouse, or data migration testing.\nStrong understanding of software testing fundamentals and the testing lifecycle.\n\nHands-on experience with ETL testing, data quality validation, data reconciliation, data migration testing, data profiling, and data analysis.\n\nGood knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cross-system integrations.\n\nStrong SQL skills, including DDL, DML, DQL, joins, aggregations, and subqueries.\n\nExperience validating large datasets and complex data transformations.\n\nAbility to independently analyze requirements and define testing approaches.\n\nExperience with defect management and test documentation.\n\nStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExperience working in Agile environments.\n\nAdvanced English.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nAccess to more than 70 learning paths with certification opportunities (e.g. GenAI, Architects, Google) on our NEXT platform.
