Job Functions

• Contact and qualify prospective customers
• Support inbound and outbound sales activities
• Transfer qualified opportunities to licensed specialists
• Provide exceptional customer service on every interaction
• Work across multiple systems while meeting productivity goals

Requirements

• Advanced English and Spanish skills
• At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented and sales-minded approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High School diploma

Preferred:

• Experience providing customer support or sales support within a high-volume, complex environment

• Experience in outbound calling or lead qualification

• Experience in insurance or related field
