Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world.\nAbout the Role\nThe Enterprise Learning Training Design Manager will lead the CAS Training Design team in developing high-quality, scalable learning experiences that improve employee capabilities, operational performance, retention, and business results across Farmers.\nThis role manages Learning Experience Designers, Content Developers, and rotational design resources, providing direction, coaching, and quality oversight to ensure learning solutions meet consistent instructional, visual design, accessibility, and technical standards.\nThe team is evolving from a traditional trainer-led delivery model toward a modern, capability-based learning ecosystem that embeds learning into everyday work through technology, performance support, and leaders as teachers. As a key leader in this transformation, you will help determine the most effective learning approach for each business need, whether that means developing an interactive digital module, a concise job aid, a short video, or resources that enable supervisors to coach employees directly.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong instructional design expertise with people leadership, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to balance quality, speed, and business impact in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead, coach, and develop Learning Experience Designers and Content Developers, promoting high-quality work and continuous improvement.\nEstablish and maintain instructional design, visual design, accessibility, and technical quality standards across learning materials.\nReview learning assets and provide actionable feedback to improve instructional effectiveness, usability, and learner experience.\nManage team workload, project priorities, resource allocation, and deadlines to ensure efficient and timely delivery.\nGuide the selection of appropriate learning solutions, including e-learning, videos, job aids, performance support, and supervisor-led coaching.\nPartner with business leaders and subject matter experts to align learning solutions with operational needs and business objectives.\nDrive the evolution toward a scalable, capability-based learning model that embeds learning into everyday work.\nPromote the use of learning technologies, innovative design practices, and AI tools to improve development efficiency and learning outcomes.\nDevelop reusable frameworks, templates, and best practices to improve consistency, scalability, and team effectiveness.\nIdentify opportunities to improve learning processes, content quality, and business performance through continuous evaluation and innovation.\nRequirements\nSignificant experience in instructional design, learning experience design, training development, educational technology, or a related field.\nDemonstrated experience leading, mentoring, or coaching design professionals or content development teams.\nStrong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and digital learning development.\nExperience reviewing learning materials and providing detailed feedback on instructional effectiveness, visual design, accessibility, usability, and technical quality.\nExperience managing multiple projects, balancing team capacity, prioritizing requests, and delivering high-quality work within established timelines.\nAbility to evaluate business needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions based on complexity, urgency, scalability, and expected impact.\nExperience with e-learning development tools, digital learning platforms, and multimedia learning solutions.\nStrong understanding of visual design principles, content structure, learner experience, and accessibility considerations.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, designers, developers, and operational leaders.\nStrong coaching, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nFluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.\nBachelor's degree preferred in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, Curriculum and Instruction, Adult Learning, Project Management, or a related field.\nAdditional knowledge of Cognitive Psychology, Learning Sciences, Graphic Design, UX Design, Multimedia Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Accessibility, Organizational Development, or Business Management is an advantage.\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses\nComprehensive benefits package\nCareer development and training opportunities\nFlexible work arrangements\nDynamic and inclusive work culture within a globally renowned group\nPrivate Health and Dental Insurance\nPension Plan\nMeals tickets\nLife Insurance\nPlease note: CVs must be submitted in English.
