Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.\nYOUR ROLE\nAs a Finance Solution Architect, you will:\nLead the functional solutioning for RFPs and client pursuits across finance domains.\nTranslate client requirements into solution blueprints, process flows, and transformation strategies.\nCollaborate with internal teams to develop pricing models, delivery frameworks, and implementation plans.\nParticipate in client workshops, diagnostics, and due diligence to shape solution strategy.\nSupport the creation of proposal content, case studies, and client presentations.\nEnsure alignment with Capgemini’s global solution standards and delivery models.\nMonitor and communicate the latest offering and trends to ensure our relevance and credibility of solutions\nActively engage with partner ecosystem to generate market presence and create opportunities\nShape business opportunities and offerings through application of new technologies for client delivery and Capgemini services (accelerators)\nShape and own the end-to-end solution to ensure overall quality, integrity and sustainability\nActively manage the solution scope and technology risks throughout the delivery\nBe a partner to the Engagement Manager/s and Analytics Leadership taking joint responsibility of solution responses on time\nEstablish and operate the Design Authority for the engagement\nYOUR TASKS\nTo succeed in this role, you should bring deep finance domain knowledge, strong solutioning experience, and a consultative mindset:\nAct as the functional authority for finance solutions in pursuits and client engagements.\nStay updated on industry benchmarks, best practices, and transformation trends in finance.\nMentor junior solution architects and contribute to knowledge assets and accelerators.\nSupport the development of reusable solution components and frameworks for finance domains.\nEnsure solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with client expectations.\nYOUR PROFILE\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.\n10+ years of experience in finance operations, transformation, or solutioning roles.\nStrong functional expertise across:\n- Order to Cash (O2C)\n- Accounts Payable (AP)\n- Accounts Receivable (AR)\n- Record to Report (R2R)\n- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)\nDemonstrated experience in designing solutions for RFPs, RFIs, and client pursuits in the finance domain.\nFamiliarity with finance operating models, shared services, global delivery, and transformation levers.\nUnderstanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) from a functional perspective.\nAbility to assess client pain points and propose process improvements, automation opportunities, and value realization strategies.\nExposure to digital enablers such as automation, analytics, and workflow tools (functional understanding only).\nStrong stakeholder engagement skills, especially with CFOs, Finance Directors, and transformation leaders.\nProven ability to lead solutioning discussions, workshops, and client presentations.\nExperience in building solution narratives, transformation roadmaps, and value propositions.\nCollaborative approach to working with delivery, sales, and capability teams.\nWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Medicover sport card.
