This role will act as the central point between business stakeholders and change delivery teams, ensuring demand is effectively managed, prioritized, and delivered in line with strategic objectives\nHybridworking:\nThe places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.\nYour Role\nManage and coordinate Financial Crime change demand across multiple delivery teams and tribes. \nEnsure requirements and deliverables are clearly articulated and understood. \nFacilitate prioritization, planning, and scheduling of initiatives with delivery stakeholders. \nMaintain a consolidated view of programme and portfolio delivery. \nTrack milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple projects. \nProvide governance, reporting, and executive-level updates. \nDrive communication and collaboration between business, technology, and change teams. \nInfluence senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making. \nEnsure alignment of all initiatives with business strategy and regulatory objectives.\nYour Skills\nExtensive experience in Programme Management, Portfolio Management, PMO, or Change Management.\nExperience within Financial Crime, AML, KYC, Compliance, Risk, or Regulatory Change environments.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.\nExperience managing cross-functional dependencies and competing priorities.\nExcellent governance, reporting, and communication skills.\nStrong risk and issue management experience.\nAbility to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organization.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBanking or Financial Services experience.\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, MSP, Agile, or equivalent.\nExperience working within large-scale transformation or regulatory programmes.\nWe are a Disability Confident Employer:\nCapgemini is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer (Level 2) under the UK Government’s Disability Confident scheme.
