Job Description

Buscamos un/a Software Engineer Ssr. con experiencia en desarrollo frontend utilizando React, TypeScript y Node.js, que disfrute trabajando sobre aplicaciones escalables, plataformas compartidas y herramientas que impacten a múltiples equipos de desarrollo.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones frontend modernas utilizando React y TypeScript.
  • Participar en la construcción y evolución de plataformas frontend compartidas y librerías reutilizables.
  • Colaborar con equipos de producto, diseño e ingeniería para definir e implementar soluciones escalables.
  • Impulsar mejoras en tooling, automatización, manejo de dependencias y procesos de CI/CD.
  • Participar activamente en code reviews y promover buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
  • Contribuir a la observabilidad, monitoreo y análisis de aplicaciones.
  • Trabajar sobre iniciativas de modernización y migración tecnológica.
  • Garantizar altos estándares de calidad, performance y mantenibilidad del código.

Requisitos

  • Inglés avanzado conversacional (excluyente).
  • 4+ años de experiencia previa como Software Engineer Frontend
  • Experiencia sólida en:
    • JavaScript
    • TypeScript
    • React
    • Node.js
    • npm y/o pnpm
  • Conocimientos de arquitectura y buenas prácticas de desarrollo frontend.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa en entornos ágiles.

Deseables

  • Experiencia con herramientas de observabilidad y monitoreo como Datadog o similares.
  • Conocimientos de GitLab CI o plataformas equivalentes de CI/CD.
  • Experiencia trabajando con monorepos y herramientas como Turborepo.
  • Participación en iniciativas de cambios masivos de código entre múltiples repositorios y equipos.
  • Experiencia con arquitecturas de Microfrontends.
  • Conocimientos de testing frontend utilizando Cypress y/o Chromatic.
  • Experiencia con React Native y React Native for Web.
  • Participación en el desarrollo de plataformas frontend o librerías compartidas para múltiples equipos.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de migración tecnológica.
