As the client continues to modernize its data landscape, we are hiring several bilingual professionals across leadership, service management, business analysis, and technical domains.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities\nFacilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders, SMEs, product owners, and technology teams for Java and VB.NET-based applications.\nElicit, analyze, document, validate, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.\nCreate and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Flows, and other project documentation.\nTranslate Japanese business requirements into clear, detailed, and actionable requirements for offshore development and testing teams.\nEnsure end-to-end requirements traceability throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nAct as the primary liaison between business users, product owners, development teams, QA teams, and offshore delivery teams.\nCoordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production release activities.\nSupport project delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.\nCollaborate with architects and technical teams to assess solution feasibility, identify risks, and recommend process improvements.\nSupport application development, enhancement, migration, integration, and modernization initiatives across Java and VB.NET technology landscapes.\nEnsure delivered solutions align with business objectives, quality standards, compliance requirements, and operational expectations.\nMust-Have Requirements\nNative-level Japanese and strong business-level English communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both business and technical stakeholders.\nProven experience as a Business Analyst in application development, system integration, or application modernization projects.\nStrong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.\nExperience creating BRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Use Cases, and process documentation.\nHands-on experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nExperience coordinating with offshore development and QA teams.\nStrong understanding of testing processes, including SIT, UAT, defect management, and release management.\nExperience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.\nAbility to bridge communication gaps between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.\nNice-to-Have Requirements\nExperience within the Insurance industry.\nHands-on exposure to Java, VB.NET, SQL Server, Oracle, REST APIs, and enterprise application integration solutions.\nUnderstanding of application modernization, legacy system transformation, and migration initiatives.\nExperience working within global delivery models involving onsite and offshore teams.\nKnowledge of insurance business processes such as policy administration, underwriting, claims management, or customer servicing.\nFamiliarity with cloud technologies and modern application architectures.\nCertifications in Business Analysis, Agile/Scrum, Product Ownership, or Project Management.\nExperience supporting digital transformation and enterprise modernization
