Polish language skills are a plus.\nYour responsibilities will include developing and deploying AI/ML models and generative AI solutions using GCP-native services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, Document AI, and Gemini API.\nYou will build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion and feature engineering through model training, evaluation, and serving.\nEnsuring solutions meet production standards for scalability, monitoring, and responsible AI practices will be central to your role.\nStaying current with GCP AI innovations and emerging industry trends is key to continuously improving development practices.\nYour profile\nProven experience as an AI/ML Developer building and deploying models on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with hands-on expertise in Vertex AI and related GCP AI services.\nStrong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX) and MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining strategies.\nC1-level English proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.\nGCP Professional Certification.\nProficiency in Python, with experience writing production-grade code including REST APIs and microservices.\n Nice to Have\nMore than one GCP Certification.\nExperience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering. Architecture certifications in Azure or AWS.\nExperience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Run) and CI/CD pipelines.
