As a German Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful execution from initiation through closure while maintaining alignment with business objectives, quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success and continuous improvement.\nResponsibilities:\nLead end-to-end project management activities from project initiation through closure.\nDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.\nManage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking to ensure cost efficiency and commercial success.\nCoordinate internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.\nMonitor project progress and proactively adapt plans to meet changing business requirements and timelines.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize business impact.\nEnsure compliance with quality standards, governance policies, and project management best practices.\nPrepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates.\nFacilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across project management methodologies, tools, and PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent are preferred.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nFluency in written and spoken German and English is required.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project management
