The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, deep domain expertise in insurance claims, and bilingual proficiency (Japanese JLPT N3/N2+) is a must have to manage cross-functional teams and client engagements effectively.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end delivery of projects on Guidewire ClaimCenter, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals.\nProvide technical and strategic guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in architecture, design, and implementation.\nCollaborate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to gather requirements, manage communications, and ensure successful delivery.\nOversee resource planning, performance management, and team development.\nEnsure compliance with quality standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.\nDrive innovation and continuous improvement across Guidewire implementations.\nManage risks, budgets, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nTechnical Expertise:\n2+ years' experience in P&C Insurance industry.\nProficiency in Gosu, Java, and integration frameworks.\nStrong understanding of insurance claims lifecycle and business processes.\nLanguage Skills:\nJapanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 / N2 level is a must have.\nExperience working in bilingual or multicultural environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExtensive experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter platform.\nGuidewire certifications (ClaimCenter) are highly desirable.\nPMP or Agile certifications are a plus.\nCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
