You will work with the client to understand their requirements for HR reporting & analytics and devising appropriate analytical solutions to business problems.\nYour tasks\nAdvise on data reporting and analytics as part of a People / HR Reporting & Analytics team for a client.\n\nConduct deep-dive analysis on workforce datasets such as engagement, attrition, recruitment, capability, learning, performance and more.\n\nProactively identify trends, patterns, and drivers of key workforce outcomes using quantitative and qualitative data.\n\nTranslate analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives that support business decisions.\n\nPrepare written and visual insight summaries (e.g., via PowerPoint, Word, memo-style briefing papers).\n\nAnalyze results from employee surveys, listening channels, and sentiment data.\n\nConduct ad-hoc and scheduled analyses of core workforce metrics (e.g., turnover, tenure, span of control, internal mobility).\n\nOperate HR Reporting platforms whether core HRIS such as SAP Successfactors, Oracle ERP, Workday or other related applications such as Qualtrics, Pluralsight, Glint, CultureAmp, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Cornerstone, Sumtotal, Jira, Gloat.\n\nYour profile\n4+ years of experience working in a reporting and analytics, computer science or information systems role.\n\nFluency in German & English, both verbal and written.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nExperience in recognizing and interpreting business requirements and turning this need into technical solutions.\n\nFamiliarity with reporting and dashboard capabilities within Workday / Oracle HR / SAP HR.\n\nStrong analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving, analytical, project management and planning skills.\n\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing environment.\n\nGood understanding of people metrics (e.g. attrition, diversity, hiring, engagement).\n\nWhat You'll love about working here\nWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
