You will work closely with Finance, Accounting, external advisors, and compliance providers to ensure timely and accurate tax reporting while supporting continuous process improvement and regulatory compliance.\nYour tasks\nCoordinate indirect tax compliance activities for assigned legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.\nReview and support the preparation and submission of VAT, GST, sales tax, Intrastat, and EC Sales List filings, in collaboration with external providers.\nValidate, reconcile, and analyze financial data used for indirect tax returns and reporting.\nPerform VAT account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing activities.\nSupport audits and manage information requests from tax authorities, external auditors, and internal stakeholders.\nIdentify, investigate, and help resolve indirect tax compliance issues and risks.\nCollaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, and other business functions on tax-related matters.\nContribute to process improvements, internal controls, standardization initiatives, and tax-related projects.\nYour profile\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Economics, or a related field.\nProven experience in indirect tax, VAT compliance, GST, sales tax, or tax reporting.\nProfessional proficiency in English.\nSolid understanding of VAT and indirect tax regulations and reporting requirements.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with SAP, S/4HANA, or other ERP systems is an advantage.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.\nWhat You'll love about working here\n Practical benefits: yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform.\n Access to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Excel, Business Analysis, Project Management) on our NEXT platform.
