You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting disaster recovery readiness, and ensuring compliance with retention and security requirements. Working closely with technical teams, you will help deliver reliable, secure, and effective data protection services across the organization.\nYour tasks\nAdminister and maintain enterprise backup systems, including Networker OR PPDM.\nDesign, implement, and manage backup policies, schedules, and retention strategies.\nMonitor backup operations, resolve failures, and perform root cause analysis to improve service reliability.\nPerform restore activities and recovery testing to validate backup integrity and support disaster recovery plans.\nManage offsite backup storage and ensure secure data transfer and storage practices.\nImplement and monitor backup encryption and data protection measures in line with security and compliance requirements.\nCollaborate with system and database administrators to support backup and recovery processes for business-critical applications.\nMonitor backup storage capacity, forecast future needs, and maintain backup documentation, configurations, and disaster recovery plans.\nYour profile\nYou have 2+ years of experience in backup administration and data protection.\nYou have hands-on experience with enterprise backup solutions such as Networker OR PPDM.\nYou have a solid understanding of backup and recovery best practices, including full, incremental, differential, and synthetic backups.\nYou have experience working with backup technologies and storage systems, including tape libraries, cloud storage, and disk-to-disk backups.\nYou understand backup encryption, compression, and deduplication technologies.\nYou are familiar with disaster recovery planning and testing.\nYou have experience managing backup policies, scheduling, retention requirements, and regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR and HIPAA.\nYou bring strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills when working with technical teams and stakeholders.\nWhat You'll love about working here\nWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
