We are looking for someone with a strong aesthetic sense and solid UI skills, who feels comfortable handling visual tasks such as preparing presentations or posters.\nYour tasks\nSupporting the team in creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, with a strong focus on UI skills to ensure visual consistency and attractiveness of projects.\nCreating posters, graphics, and other visual materials that support internal and external communication.\nParticipating in building and maintaining well-structured design systems and component libraries.\nCollaborating with UX and UI designers as well as the development team, and assisting in smooth design handoffs.\nOpportunity to learn about and support activities related to UX research and the Design Thinking culture.\nMost frequently used technologies: Figma (3), Sketch (3), Design systems (3), Web applications (2), Mobile applications (2)\nYour profile\nCurrently studying or a recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design);\nBasic knowledge of web (RWD) and mobile design principles;\nFamiliarity with Figma or Sketch;\nAbility to create simple Lo-Fi wireframes and prototypes;\nEagerness to learn about usability testing, UI principles, and accessibility (WCAG);\nTeam-oriented with good communication skills;\nProficiency in English (B2+) and German (min.
