Where no two days are the same.\nYOUR ROLE\nResponsible for end-to-end technical delivery of IMS projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, project scope, timelines, and quality standards.\nAccountable for defining and executing IMS deployment, integration, and software upgrade strategies, considering network dependencies and solution compatibility.\nResponsible for supporting the Project Manager in project planning, resource management, and technical delivery coordination.\nLead and coordinate IMS technical teams, ensuring effective task allocation, execution monitoring, and timely resolution of technical challenges.\nAccountable for the preparation, review, and delivery of technical documentation, including design documents, upgrade assessments, implementation procedures, and acceptance testing plans.\nResponsible for managing technical risks, identifying potential issues, and implementing mitigation and corrective actions.\nAct as the main technical point of contact for customers, internal stakeholders, R&D, and Product Management throughout the project lifecycle.\nAccountable for coordinating software upgrades, including maintenance window planning, network element sequencing, traffic migration, and execution readiness.\nResponsible for technical issue management, including ticket prioritization, escalation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.\nEnsure compliance with customer and internal technical processes, quality standards, and network intervention procedures.\nResponsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and delivery efficiency.\nAccountable for regular technical project reporting, stakeholder communication, and successful project handover to Care teams.\nYOUR PROFILE\nUniversity degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.\nProven experience in IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) solutions, including deployment, integration, maintenance, and software upgrades.\nStrong technical knowledge of IMS architecture, network functions, and interfaces, including relevant telecommunications protocols such as SIP and Diameter.\nSolid understanding of telecommunications network environments, software lifecycle management, and network integration processes.\nExperience in technical project delivery, including planning, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.\nProven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional technical teams in complex customer environments.\nExperience in troubleshooting, technical issue resolution, escalation management, and root cause analysis.\nGood understanding of software upgrade methodologies, network dependencies, compatibility assessments, and maintenance window execution.\nFamiliarity with Nokia IMS solutions and network elements will be considered an advantage.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make technical decisions in challenging situations.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, technical teams, and management.\nStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within agreed timelines.\nProactive mindset, customer-oriented approach, and commitment to technical excellence and continuous improvement.\nFluency in English, both written and spoken.\nWHAT YOU´LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment. \nEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work life balance. \nHybrid work. \nYour career growth is central to our mission.
