Where no two days are the same.\nYour Role\nWe are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager in Lisbon or Porto to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and strategic business deals. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing contract operationalization, ensuring delivery quality, and driving project execution through structured methodologies. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead in a matrix environment without direct authority.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the full lifecycle of IT and telecommunications projects, from initiation through closure.\nEnsure operational readiness of contracts and coordinate project execution across stakeholders.\nMonitor project progress, risks, dependencies, constraints, and change requests.\nOversee order fulfilment activities and perform quality assurance checks on operational processes.\nAct as the primary point of contact for partners and clients, managing communications and issue resolution.\nPrepare and deliver executive reports, project updates, and KPI dashboards.\nMaintain accurate and structured project documentation and repositories.Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring project milestones are achieved.\nTrack project performance, manage risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.\nYour Profile\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n+ 5 years of experience in IT Project Management.\nStrong technical knowledge of system integration, data modeling, and enterprise architecture.\nAdvanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher).\nProven experience managing complex projects in technology or services environments.\nHands-on experience with JIRA for project tracking, issue management, and workflow optimization.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders and deliver executive-level presentations.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams and driving accountability in matrix organizations.\nDetail-oriented, proactive, resilient, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.\nPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications are considered a strong advantage.\nWhat you'll love about working here\nJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment. \nEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work-life balance. \nHybrid work. \nYour career growth is central to our mission.
