You will design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and communication materials that support Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 transformation projects. Working closely with stakeholders, project teams, and end users, you will identify learning needs, promote user adoption, and ensure employees feel confident using new tools and technologies. This role combines training delivery, communication, and change management, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on how people embrace digital transformation in a dynamic international environment.\nYour Tasks\nSupport change management activities during Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 projects.\nPrepare and deliver communication materials, user guides, presentations, and training content.\nFacilitate virtual and onsite training sessions, workshops, and information meetings.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and support adoption initiatives.\nAssist in coordinating change and communication activities across different teams and locations.\nGather user feedback and help identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and adoption.\nSupport project teams during implementation and post-go-live activities.\nYour Profile\n1-3 years of experience in training, learning & development, communications, HR, change management, or a similar people-focused role.\nExperience delivering presentations, workshops, or training sessions for business audiences.\nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nInterest in change management and supporting organizational transformation initiatives.\nProfessional fluency in English and at least one additional language (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch/Flemish, Arabic).\nAbility to work in an international and multicultural environment.\nExperience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive) will be considered an advantage.\nExperience in Organizational Change Management or relevant certifications will be considered a plus.\nWhat You'll love about working here\nWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
