In this role, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Ivalua platform and will be responsible for analyzing business needs, configuring Ivalua modules, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of the solution. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their procurement and supply chain processes and translate them into effective Ivalua configurations.\n\nAs a Ivalua Functional Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:\nAnalyze client business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.\nSupport the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Ivalua solutions and Source-to-Pay processes.\nConduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and process assessments with business stakeholders.\nCollaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution design, testing, and deployment.\nSupport system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.\nTroubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions.\nProvide functional support and maintenance for Ivalua and related procurement applications.\nDevelop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.\nBuild strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.\nCollaborate with third-party solution providers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance procurement processes and system utilization.\n\nYour Profile\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 4 years of experience in Ivalua, SAP Ariba, SAP ByDesign or other SaaS-based eProcurement solutions with hands-on experience in implementations.\nStrong understanding of procurement operations and their key business value drivers.\nCandidates with SAP Ariba experience and a strong procurement background are encouraged to apply.\nKnowledge of procurement transformation and digital procurement solutions.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.\nAbility to investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose timely solutions.\nExperience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationships.\nStrong organizational skills with a structured and results-oriented approach.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nFluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.\nKnowledge of SQL is considered a plus.\nAdditional language proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is considered an advantage.\nWhy Join Us?\nMeaningful Impact: Contribute to innovative projects that help clients achieve their business and technology transformation goals.\nProfessional Growth: Access continuous learning opportunities, certifications, mentorship, and career development programs.\nGlobal Exposure: Collaborate with diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders across industries and geographies.\nCutting-Edge Projects: Work with leading technologies, methodologies, and business solutions.\nCollaborative Culture: Join an inclusive, supportive, and people-centric work environment.\nOur Commitments and Priorities:\nAt Capgemini, we foster an inclusive culture within a diverse and multicultural environment.
