This role partners with technical leads, architects, and business stakeholders to build scalable microservices, modern web applications, and event-driven solutions while leveraging AWS cloud services and DevOps best practices.\nYour Role\nDevelop backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and Microservices Architecture.\nBuild responsive web applications using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\nDesign and develop REST APIs and enterprise integrations.\nBuild cloud-native and serverless applications using AWS services.\nImplement event-driven solutions using Kafka and messaging platforms.\nDevelop scalable and secure distributed applications for enterprise environments.\nCollaborate with architects, technical leads, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.\nParticipate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and design sessions.\nSupport CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps initiatives.\nTroubleshoot application issues and support production environments.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and estimation activities.\nMentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices\nYour Skills and Experience\nAt least 4-8 years of experience in Full Stack Development, Software Engineering, or Enterprise Application Development.\nStrong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture.\nHands-on experience developing web applications using React.js, Redux/Context API, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.\nExperience with GraphQL is preferred.\nStrong experience building cloud-native solutions on AWS.\nHands-on experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Step Functions, CloudWatch, and IAM.\nExperience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/CloudFormation, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Git, SonarQube, and CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB/DynamoDB databases.\nExperience with RabbitMQ is preferred.\nKnowledge of OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and RBAC security frameworks.\nExperience building high-volume transactional and distributed systems.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nAWS Developer Associate or AWS Solutions Architect certification is preferred.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $ 54,380 to $99,650\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
