This role works closely with production, procurement, material planning, and other cross-functional teams to support execution of supply plans and mitigate potential supply chain risks.\nThe ideal candidate will have foundational experience in supply planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes, along with strong analytical and communication skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport supply planning activities to balance customer demand, production capacity, and inventory targets.\nMonitor inventory levels and identify opportunities to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.\nCollaborate with material planners, procurement teams, and manufacturing sites to ensure supply continuity.\nAnalyze supply plans and identify potential shortages, constraints, or risks.\nAssist in root cause analysis of planning exceptions and supply disruptions.\nPrepare and maintain planning reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.\nSupport inventory optimization initiatives and continuous improvement projects.\nWork with internal stakeholders to improve planning processes and data accuracy.\nProvide insights through analysis of supply chain metrics and performance indicators.\nSupport the implementation and adoption of planning tools, automation, and process improvements.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.\nRelevant certifications in Supply Chain or Planning are a plus.\nExperience Requirements\n 1-2 years of experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Material Planning, Production Planning, or related Supply Chain functions.\nExperience working in manufacturing, consumer goods (CPG), retail, or supply chain environments is preferred.\nExperience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is a plus.\nRequired Skills\nBasic understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes.\nInventory management and replenishment concepts.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nIntermediate to advanced Excel skills.\nAbility to analyze data and generate actionable insights.\nKnowledge of supply planning and inventory KPIs.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.\nAttention to detail and strong organizational skills.\nPreferred Knowledge\nExposure to MRP (Material Requirements Planning) concepts.\nUnderstanding of production planning and supply planning processes.\nFamiliarity with reporting and data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.\nKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.\nPersonal
