Your Profile:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and document business requirements.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Team player with good organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of Functional Analysis and software development processes.

Your role:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support the translation of business needs into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Assist in process mapping, gap analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in project meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and user stories.
• Support testing activities by validating requirements and expected outcomes.
