Where no two days are the same.\nJob Description\nAs a Project Coordinator in the Life Sciences sector, you will provide operational and administrative support to project activities supporting pharmaceutical and engineering initiatives. Working under the guidance of senior project leaders, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day project execution through strong organization, communication, and follow-up.\nIn this role, you will:\nProvide operational and administrative support to ongoing project activities, working under the guidance of senior project managers and program leaders.\nMonitor project progress, maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, and ensure information is properly structured and accessible.\nOrganize and support project meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, action tracking, and follow-up on decisions.\nEnsure smooth communication with stakeholders by supporting information flow across teams and escalating points of attention when needed.\nTrack actions, risks, and deadlines, identifying potential issues and escalating them appropriately to senior leads.\nSupport scheduling and resource coordination activities to help keep project deliverables on track.\nAssist with project status reporting, dashboards, and progress updates.\nYour profile\nMaster's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.\nAt least 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management within the Life Sciences industry.\nSolid understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP principles, and regulatory constraints.\nFluent in English and French (written and spoken).\nCurious, proactive, structured, and eager to continue developing project management skills in a regulated setting.\nWhat you'll love about working here\nContinuous feedback: We take human-centric approach to foster growth and performance.
