Where no two days are the same.\nYOUR ROLE\nLocation: Zeebruges\nIn this role, you will play a key role in:\nEnsuring quality compliance by monitoring accessory installation processes on vehicles and upholding quality standards and the Quality Assurance Manual across all workshop activities.\nDriving continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, supporting operational excellence initiatives, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.\nInvestigating quality issues through structured root cause analysis using industry-standard methodologies, ensuring issues are resolved swiftly and sustainably.\nConducting audits across workshop processes and quality systems to proactively identify risks and ensure consistent performance standards are maintained.\nTracking and reporting KPIs related to quality performance, providing clear and actionable insights to workshop teams and stakeholders.\nYOUR PROFILE\nYou hold a Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field).\nYou bring experience or a strong interest in Quality, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or Automotive environments, and are eager to apply this in a hands-on operational setting.\nYou have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, or Lean methodologies being a distinct advantage.\nYou are fluent in English and Dutch, and you thrive when working closely with cross-functional operational teams in a collaborative, results-driven environment.\nYou have a hands-on mindset, are comfortable on the workshop floor, and take initiative when it comes to improving processes and quality outcomes.\nWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE:\nAt Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
