hear from you.\nBeyond selling advertising solutions, you will develop data-driven strategies that help brands engage consumers during high-intent, real-world moments while delivering measurable business outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities / Accountabilities:\nOwn generating new business revenue by identifying, prospecting and developing a qualified pipeline of advertiser accounts across brands, agencies and performance-driven advertisers.\nDeveloping relationships with prospective clients and agencies, understanding their business goals, media strategy and growth challenges, and positioning Capgemini’s Retail Media Network as a strategic partner.\nOwning the full sales cycle from initial outreach to qualification, pitch, negotiation and closing, with a strong focus on pipeline discipline, opportunity progression and revenue generation.\nDevelop impactful client presentations and sales stories that demonstrate how Commerce Media Network's data and advertising solutions can drive measurable results.\nBuild and leverage your existing relationships within the digital advertising ecosystem.\nWork closely with internal Strategy and Product teams to develop customized media plans.\nSuccessfully transition won accounts to the Client Success team while maintaining executive-level relationships.\nSupport teammates, share best practices, and contribute to building a collaborative, high-performing Ads organization as the business continues to grow.\nSharing client, market and vertical insights with internal teams, including Product, Account Management, Marketing and Policy, to improve go-to-market strategies and advertiser success.\nSales Leader to develop local sales team and ensure they’re executing strategies that deliver results\nQualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):\nBachelor's degree required\n8-10 years of experience in end-to-end digital advertising sales, including managing enterprise, large customer, or strategic accounts\n2+ years of experience leading ad sales team in a leadership role\nExperience selling advertising solutions to large, sophisticated brands.\nDemonstrated success building executive-level relationships and developing strategic sales plans that create value for both clients and Capgemini’s Media Network.\nStrong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable business opportunities.\nExcellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on developing long-term partnerships.\nSoft skills
