The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on development expertise, technical leadership capabilities, and the ability to work closely with clients and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality integration solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end MuleSoft design, development, implementation, and support activities.\nCollaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine integration requirements.\nTranslate business requirements into technical designs, APIs, and integration solutions.\nDesign and develop MuleSoft integrations using Mule 4 and API-led connectivity principles.\nBuild and maintain RESTful and SOAP-based services and APIs.\nProvide technical leadership through code reviews, design reviews, and development best practices.\nGuide development teams through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.\nWork closely with Architects, QA, DevOps, and application teams to manage technical dependencies and deliver solutions successfully.\nDrive defect resolution, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis.\nEnsure quality, timely delivery, and adherence to enterprise development standards.\nRequired Skills\n7-10+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in integration development.\nExtensive hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Mule 4.\nStrong proficiency in DataWeave 2.0 transformations.\nExperience designing and developing RESTful and SOAP APIs and services.\nStrong knowledge of RAML/OpenAPI Specifications.\nHands-on experience implementing API-Led Connectivity (System, Process, and Experience APIs).\nExperience with API design, development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management.\nStrong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support capabilities.\nExperience conducting code reviews and mentoring development teams.\nExcellent client-facing communication, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership abilities.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.\nPreferred Skills\nMuleSoft Certified Developer or other MuleSoft certifications.\nExperience leading small-to-medium-sized development teams.\nExposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-based deployments.\nKnowledge of enterprise integration patterns and API governance.\nNice to Have\nExperience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms.\nExposure to Salesforce, SAP, ERP, CRM, or other enterprise application integrations.\nExperience with performance tuning and scalability optimization.\nExperience\n7-10+ Years\nPrimary Skills\nMuleSoft, Mule 4, DataWeave 2.0, API Development, REST/SOAP Services\nEducation\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $89,400 to $166,398\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
