The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Fiserv PEP application, implementing technical and functional changes, supporting production issues, and ensuring the smooth processing of ACH transactions.\nThis role requires a combination of strong mainframe development skills and deep functional knowledge of ACH payment processing.\nJob Description:\nApplication Development & Support\nSupport, maintain, and enhance the Fiserv PEP application.\nDevelop and implement technical and business-driven enhancements.\nEnsure application stability, performance, and reliability.\nProvide ongoing production support and issue resolution.\nMainframe Development\nDesign, develop, and maintain solutions using:COBOL\nJCL\nDB2\nCICS\nVSAM\n\nPerform code analysis, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.\nParticipate in application upgrades and system improvements.\nACH Payments Processing\nSupport end-to-end ACH payment processing workflows.\nUnderstand and manage:ACH transaction processing\nSettlement processing\nReturns\nCorrections\nException handling\n\nEnsure compliance with ACH operating rules and business requirements.\nIncident & Problem Management\nAnalyze and resolve ACH processing issues, defects, and production incidents.\nTroubleshoot payment failures, processing bottlenecks, and reconciliation issues.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.\nCoordinate resolution efforts with business, operations, and support teams.\nRequired Skills:\nMainframe Technologies\nStrong hands-on experience in:COBOL\nJCL\nDB2\nCICS\nVSAM\n\nExperience supporting and enhancing large-scale mainframe applications.\nFiserv PEP Expertise\nProven hands-on experience with Fiserv PEP.\nAbility to support, troubleshoot, and enhance PEP-based payment applications.\nExperience implementing technical and functional changes within the platform.\nACH Payments Knowledge\nStrong understanding of:ACH Payments\nNACHA File Formats\nACH Processing Workflows\nACH Settlement Processes\nACH Returns and Corrections\nException Processing\n\nAbility to analyze payment processing issues from both technical and functional perspectives.\nAnalytical & Communication Skills\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.\nExcellent analytical skills with attention to detail.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within banking or financial services organizations.\nKnowledge of payment operations and transaction processing systems.\nExposure to production support and incident management processes.\nExperience with high-volume payment processing environments.\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $80000 - $120000/per annum.\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
