Responsibilities\nProgram Delivery\nManage end-to-end delivery of facilitated, virtual, digital, and face-to-face learning programs and events.\nGather, validate, and coordinate program requirements.\nKey contact for Learning Business Partners, facilitators, and stakeholders.\nEnsure delivery milestones and timelines are achieved.\nProgram Readiness & Quality\nEnsure facilitators, materials, documentation, and resources are in place.\nMaintain accurate program information and schedules.\nMonitor delivery quality, consistency, and execution standards.\nIdentify risks and support mitigation activities.\nStakeholder & Facilitator Management\nBuild strong partnerships with Learning Business Partners, Talent Directors, Facilitator Administrators, and delivery teams.\nCoordinate communications across stakeholder groups.\nSupport facilitator planning, onboarding, and readiness activities.\nDeliver briefings and monitor qualification levels.\nReporting, Analytics & Governance\nProduce and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.\nAnalyze learner feedback, participation trends, and delivery data.\nProvide recommendations to improve delivery effectiveness.\nSupport governance through reporting and performance monitoring.\nFinancial Management\nTrack budgets, forecasts, and related financial activities.\nMaintain accurate financial records and reporting.\nSupport effective financial governance.\nLearner Participation & Engagement\nSupport initiatives that increase learner participation and program reach.\nMonitor registrations, attendance, and feedback.\nHelp enhance engagement and learner satisfaction.\nContinuous Improvement\nShare delivery best practices across the learning function.\nCollaborate on enhancements informed by learner feedback and insights.\nDrive improvements that strengthen efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.\nEvent Coordination\nCoordinate venue, logistical, and operational requirements for
