Su enfoque principal es mejorar la eficiencia operativa, automatizar procesos, fortalecer la integración con otras plataformas corporativas y asegurar la estabilidad, escalabilidad y seguridad de la solución.\nDentro del alcance del proyecto se incluyen actividades de análisis, diseño, configuración, desarrollo, integración, pruebas, despliegue, soporte y mejora continua de los diferentes componentes de Salesforce.
