Where no two days are the same\nYOUR ROLE\nIn this role you will be the key technical owner of a Red Hat OpenShift platform, ensuring its availability, security, scalability and continuous evolution in a hybrid enterprise environment.\nAdministering, configuring and evolving Red Hat OpenShift clusters, ensuring high availability, performance and security across containerised environments\nManaging compute, network and storage resources within the platform, implementing updates, patches and security hardening measures\nProactively monitoring platform health using Prometheus and Grafana, identifying issues before they impact services and driving continuous optimisation\nSupporting development teams in the adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, GitOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, acting as a platform enabler for engineering teams\nResolving incidents, troubleshooting complex platform issues and automating operational processes using Python, Bash scripting and YAML\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams across Development, Systems and Infrastructure to ensure best practices in platform operations and security\nYOUR PROFILE\nAt least 3 years of experience in Linux system administration, with strong hands-on expertise in Red Hat OpenShift - this is the core requirement for this role\nSolid working knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration principles, and experience managing services such as Redis and RabbitMQ in production environments\nProven experience with observability tooling, particularly Prometheus and Grafana, with the ability to design and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerting systems\nScripting and automation skills in Python, with additional knowledge of Bash and YAML being highly valued\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows and Infrastructure as Code practices, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset\nKnowledge of Trilio (backup and recovery for OpenShift) is a strong differentiating factor\nWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment\nEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work-life balance\nHybrid work\nYour career growth is central to our mission.
