You will play a central role in ensuring seamless, compliant, and efficient shipping operations on a global scale. You will be:\nManaging and continuously improving international shipping procedures for direct distribution, affiliate, and export operations, ensuring alignment with evolving customer requirements and industry best practices\nOverseeing daily logistics activities end-to-end, from pick slip creation and shipping schedule management to coordinating with freight forwarders and transportation teams to ensure on-time, accurate delivery\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with customer service teams, third-party logistics providers, and internal stakeholders including IT, quality assurance, and operations, fostering clear communication and shared accountability\nMonitoring and reporting on key performance indicators such as shipment accuracy, on-time delivery, and invoicing, providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to drive continuous improvement\nLeading compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to international trade regulations, customs requirements, and internal compliance frameworks, including delivering training to both internal teams and third-party logistics personnel\nOverseeing pre-shipment inspections and franchise transfer activities, ensuring thorough follow-up and seamless execution across all relevant teams and organisations\nDriving financial reconciliation of freight costs, maintaining accurate documentation for audit and legal compliance, and conducting monthly financial reporting to track departmental performance against targets\nActively participating in logistics improvement projects, contributing innovative ideas and operational expertise to enhance processes and service delivery\nYOUR PROFILE\nBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., APICS, CLTD, CPSM) is a plus\nFluent in English and French\nGood mobility to Courcelles three times a week\n1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or customer service, ideally with exposure to regulated industries such as pharmaceutical or healthcare\nProficiency in ERP and logistics management systems, with strong analytical skills and experience working with data analysis tools to monitor performance and support decision-making\nSolid understanding of international trade regulations, customs compliance, and logistics best practices, combined with a proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and deliver results in a fast-paced environment\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a customer-centric approach\nWhat You Will Love About Working Here\nHybrid working - We encourage flexibility when it comes to when and where work gets done.
