As a local team, we work from our office in Katowice, where we regulary meet and collaborate.You can join a team of analysts providing 24/7 monitoring of customer infrastructure!\nYour tasks\nMonitoring and supervision of Mainframe and distributed IT infrastructure\nHandling incidents, alerts and service\nExecuting operational tasks by strictly following documented procedures and operational guidelines\nPerforming health checks and analyzing results on customer infrastructures\nSupporting daily operations of z/OS environments and job schedulers\nCollaborating with international teams to ensure service availability and operational excellence\nContributing to incident resolution and continuous service improvement\nYour profile\nCommunicative level of French and good command of English\nExperience working in a Mainframe support, operations, or infrastructure environment\nKnowledge of Mainframe technologies and willingness to further develop expertise in this area\nExperience with IBM z/OS (MVS) or other Mainframe operating environments\nExperience with scheduling tools such as IWS\nBasic understanding of Linux and/or Windows systems\nAttention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail\nReadiness to work in a two-shift model as part of a 24/7 service\nWhat You'll love about working here\nWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
