Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.\nYOUR ROLE\nAs a Medior HCM Platform Engineer for Oracle & Cloud Technologies at Capgemini Belgium, you will be part of a team responsible for a large enterprise HR landscape spanning virtual servers, cloud-native platform services, and SaaS solutions supporting a PeopleSoft HRIS implementation and its production environment.\nYour Responsibilities:\nYou will manage and support our HR technology landscape, including HRIS platforms, cloud infrastructure, integrations, identity & access management, analytics, and containerized workloads.\n\nYou will manage Oracle Linux environments and play a key role in our Windows-to-Linux migration roadmap.\n\nYou will administer and optimize cloud-native infrastructure, including Kubernetes, virtual servers, managed cloud platforms, Infrastructure-as-Code, monitoring, and performance tuning.\n\nYou will collaborate with development teams to deliver secure integrations using authentication, authorization, identity federation, APIs, networking, and certificate management.\n\nYou will automate and improve platform operations using Terraform, shell scripting, and application development, while ensuring cybersecurity best practices.\n\nYou will support application and platform upgrades, working closely with customers and colleagues on testing, deployment planning, operational readiness, and knowledge sharing.\n\nYOUR PROFILE\nYou have a Bachelor or Master degree in an IT-oriented field.\nYou have at least three years of experience in a similar role, working on complex projects, using your analytical skills to solve problems.\nYou have strong knowledge of Oracle Linux or another Linux distribution.\nYou have experience in different infrastructure domains, from cloud service configuration to application support.\nYou have experience with infrastructure-as-code and shell scripting.\nYou have strong communication, stakeholder collaboration skills and implement a customer-focused approach.\nYou have a professional working proficiency level in English and either Dutch or French.
