Join us for a career full of opportunities, where you can make a difference and where no two days are the same.\nYour role\nIn this role you will design, integrate and evolve highly available 4G/5G Mobile Core and mission-critical network solutions, spanning EPC/5GC, IMS, subscriber management, roaming/signalling, service enablement and Telco Cloud infrastructure.\nYou will own and deliver end-to-end Mission Critical Network Core solutions, covering architecture, engineering, integration, automation and implementation across mobile core and cloud-native/telco-cloud environments.\nIn this role you will play a key role in:\nDesign and evolve resilient, highly available Mission Critical Network Core solutions, translating business and service requirements into scalable technical architectures.\nArchitect and engineer 4G EPC and 5G Core (5GC) solutions covering key network functions such as MME, SGW/PGW, AMF, SMF, UPF, UDM, AUSF, PCF, NRF, NSSF and related Core NFs, including control-plane and user-plane architecture\nDesign and integrate (based on alignment with customer) 3GPP interfaces and protocols, including N1/N2/N3/N4/N6/N9, SBI, NGAP, GTP-U, PFCP and Diameter, supporting registration, session management, mobility and user-plane connectivity. 5GC uses N2 between RAN and AMF, N3 between RAN and UPF, N4 between SMF and UPF, and N6 toward data networks.\nEngineer subscriber data, authentication, policy and service provisioning solutions across HSS/UDM, AUSF, PCF and associated platforms, ensuring end-to-end subscriber and service lifecycle integration\nDesign and deploy Mobile Core workloads on Telco Cloud/NFVI and cloud-native infrastructure, covering VNF/CNF environments, containers/Kubernetes, virtualization, orchestration and infrastructure integration as applicable\nOwn solutions for subscriber data management, provisioning and service enablement, including integration with relevant network and service platforms.\nAct as the Core domain SME, driving technical decisions, design reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge transfer and collaboration across architecture, engineering, integration, testing and operations teams.\nQoS, resiliency and disaster-recovery architecture for mission-critical Core services, with focus on service continuity and failure scenarios\nYour profile\n10-15 years of strong experience across 4G/LTE and 5G NR, packet core and end-to-end mobile-network design and integration.\nVery solid understanding of 3GPP specs\nAbility to bridge operational, architectural, and governance aspects of network optimization etc\nExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nWhat we believe you will enjoy about working here\nWorking alongside leading experts in Mission Critical Communications.\nBeing part of a collaborative community supporting the organizations that society depends on most.\nOperating at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution in complex mission-critical environments.\nAn inclusive culture that encourages learning and knowledge sharing, with opportunities for certifications, mentoring and professional growth. \nApplication\nThis role requires Swedish citizenship or EU citizenship and is subject to security classification, meaning that a security screening will be carried out in accordance with Swedish legislation.\nAs part of our recruitment process, identity verification will be conducted through inspection of your ID card, and background checks may be carried out as required.\nAbout Capgemini\nCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
