Where no two days are the same.\nYOUR ROLE\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents.\nConfigure and support LAN, WAN, routing, switching, Wi-Fi, firewall and MPLS environments.\nMonitor network performance and implement changes, upgrades and workarounds when required.\nTest new versions and releases before production deployment.\nSupport the implementation and ongoing operation of enterprise network services.\nWork closely with NOC teams, infrastructure specialists, field technicians and technology vendors.\nYOUR PROFILE\nHigher education in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, IT or a related field is strongly preferred.\nPrevious experience in network operations, engineering or technical support.\nGood knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLANs, IP addressing, routing and switching.\nKnowledge of protocols and technologies such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS and STP.\nExperience troubleshooting network incidents and identifying root causes.\nFamiliarity with network monitoring, equipment upgrades and configuration changes.\nExposure to firewalls, corporate Wi-Fi, network security or customer premises equipment is valued.\nExperience with manufacturers such as Cisco, Nokia, Huawei, Fortinet or Check Point is an advantage.\nPython, network automation knowledge and CCNA or CCNP certifications are valued but not mandatory.\nClear communication skills and ability to collaborate with different technical teams.\nAvailability for on-call support and occasional out-of-hours implementations.\nWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE\nJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.\nEnjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work-life balance.\nEngage in exciting national and international projects.\nHybrid work.\nYour career growth is central to our mission.
