Working closely with architects, engineers, and service teams, you will transform business and technical requirements into reliable solutions that enhance endpoint performance, user experience, and workplace operations. You can expect to contribute to platform enhancements, automation initiatives, analytics, and proactive issue resolution while helping organizations gain valuable insights into their digital workplace environments.\nYour tasks\nImplement, configure, and maintain Nexthink solutions in enterprise environments.\nMonitor endpoint performance, user experience, and digital workplace health using Nexthink.\nConfigure and leverage features such as Experience Central, Employee Engagement, and Remote Actions.\nDevelop and maintain automation and remediation workflows using Nexthink and PowerShell.\nAnalyze digital experience and endpoint data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.\nCreate dashboards, reports, and actionable insights to support decision-making.\nIntegrate Nexthink with workplace, reporting, and service management platforms.\nTroubleshoot complex endpoint and digital experience issues.\nContribute to technical documentation, operational procedures, and solution design activities.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service improvements and proactive remediation initiatives.\nShare knowledge and provide technical guidance to team members.\nYour profile\nHands-on experience with Nexthink in enterprise environments.\nExperience working with Experience Central, Employee Engagement, and Remote Actions.\nStrong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.\nKnowledge of Windows desktop and/or Windows Server administration.\nGood understanding of SQL and data analysis.\nExperience analyzing endpoint performance and digital employee experience data.\nExperience creating dashboards and reports based on monitoring and telemetry data.\nKnowledge of system integrations and data connectivity concepts.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured problem-solving approach.\nExperience creating technical documentation and operational procedures.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.\nStrong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.\nGerman language skills are considered an advantage.\nWhat You'll love about working here\nWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
