Where no two days are the same.\nLocation\nPlano, Texas (Onsite)\nAbout The Job You're Considering\nWe are seeking a highly accomplished, Onshore Program Manager to lead engineering delivery and cross-functional coordination for our flagship software and hardware programs.\nThis is a critical role that serves as the primary technical program leader and strategic bridge between executive stakeholders, Tier-1 clients, and global offshore engineering teams.\nThe ideal candidate brings 20+ years of experience spanning software product development, embedded systems, and large-scale networking programs.\nYou will own the full delivery lifecycle for advanced connectivity platforms while driving AI-enabled operational productivity and scaled organizational growth.\nYour Role\nLead end-to-end delivery of complex engineering programs, ensuring successful execution of scope, timelines, quality, and business objectives.\nAct as the primary onshore liaison between clients, executive leadership, and global engineering teams, fostering strong partnerships and transparent communication.\nDrive the development and delivery of next-generation broadband, fiber gateway, converged gateway, Wi-Fi, and 5G/LTE solutions.\nEstablish and govern effective onshore-offshore collaboration models, ensuring seamless coordination across distributed teams and delivery centers.\nTranslate business priorities into actionable technical roadmaps, delivery milestones, and risk mitigation strategies that support program success.\nChampion process excellence by implementing modern engineering practices, Agile methodologies, and AI-enabled productivity initiatives that improve delivery velocity and operational efficiency.\nMentor program managers, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams while helping scale delivery capabilities and strengthen organizational performance.\nYour Skills And Experience\n10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, or product development within technology-driven organizations.\nProven expertise managing large-scale software, embedded systems, networking, broadband, or telecommunications programs from concept through deployment.\nStrong understanding of networking technologies, including broadband platforms, fiber gateways, Wi-Fi ecosystems, 5G/LTE connectivity, and converged network architectures.\nDemonstrated success leading global delivery models and managing complex cross-functional teams across multiple onshore and offshore locations.\nExceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive leaders, clients, architects, and engineering teams at all levels.\nExperience implementing process improvements, AI-enabled engineering tools, and delivery frameworks that enhance productivity, predictability, and quality.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of driving strategic initiatives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $98,497 - $233,248/year\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
