YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an OpenText - OPS Lead to join our team.
Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of business-critical systems, driving operational excellence across the service landscape.
Lead incident and ticket management activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues in line with agreed SLAs, including coordination of critical and major incidents.
Coordinate day-to-day operational activities, managing workload prioritization, resource allocation, and on-call support arrangements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing operational reporting, performance insights, and leading governance and operational review meetings.
Drive problem management initiatives, performing root cause analysis and implementing continuous service improvement actions.
Support application releases, deployments, and go-live activities, ensuring operational readiness and seamless service transitions.
Manage team capacity planning and resource utilization to meet business and operational demands effectively.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, governance, and audit requirements, maintaining a robust and controlled operational environment.
YOUR PROFILE
Proven experience in IT Operations and Service Management within complex enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of incident management practices, SLA-driven support models, and on-call operations.
Hands-on experience with OpenText and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership, operational coordination, or service delivery management roles.
Solid understanding of ITSM best practices, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
