In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and enhancement of our RSA Identity Governance platform, helping to ensure secure and efficient lifecycle identity management across the organization.\nAs a key member of the team, you will work closely with application owners, infrastructure teams, and security stakeholders to support access governance processes, troubleshoot production issues, onboard new applications, and continuously improve our identity management capabilities.\nAbout GIT:\nThe IT function’s main objectives are to support and partner with the business to enable them to be both efficient and profitable. We implement global standards and integrate all BUs to a unified IT services model. The function qualifies through project charters the requirements from the business and serves as their advocate in dealings with the Global Group IT functions. Our ambition is to create one connected, sustainable IT enterprise for anyone, anytime, anywhere.\nThe team\nISS (Infrastructure Security Services) is a critical component of Capgemini's Group IT function, which supports partners with the business to enable efficiency and profitability. ISS integrates various security services, including Contextual Access (SWG, CASB, ZTNA), Identity and Access Management (IGA, AM and PAM), Micro Segmentation, SIEM, SOAR and Endpoint Security, to ensure a secure and resilient IT environment, which operates in line with Capgemini’s Zero Trust framework.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across the RSA IGA platform, including Aveksa servers, connectors, and agents.\nSupport the onboarding and integration of new applications into the identity governance environment.\nConfigure, maintain, and optimize collectors, business rules, and entitlement mappings.\nCollaborate with application, infrastructure, and directory services teams to identify and resolve issues and enhance operational processes.\nSupport audit, compliance, reporting, and documentation activities related to identity governance and access management.\nPerform routine health checks, patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities to ensure stability, performance, and security of the platform.\nContribute to the ongoing improvement of identity lifecycle management processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver workflows.\nAssist in maintaining governance controls and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.\nOur Ideal Candidate\n1-3 years of experience with RSA technologies.\nHands-on experience with RSA IGL (Aveksa) is strongly preferred but other products like Saviynt, Sailpoint also works.\nUnderstanding of Identity Governance concepts, access management, and provisioning processes.\nWorking knowledge of SQL.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.\nExcellent written and spoken English.\nAbout Your Career\nWhen you join Capgemini, you don’t just start a new job.
