Capgemini is driven by the conviction that the business value of technology comes from and through people.\nYOUR ROLE\nOwn the Optical Design lifecycle~ Drive the feasibility, design, integration, and validation of our optical systems.\nLead the simulation activities~ Ensure the photometry, colorimetry, lit appearance results to comply with the regulation.\nInnovate~ Actively contribute to our culture of creativity, developing new solutions that enhance vehicle illumination or driver experience.\nCollaborate Globally~ Work within a multicultural, international team, communicating with internal departments and international collaborators to ensure project success and technical excellence.\nYOUR PROFILE\nA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, Industrial or a related technical field.\nDemonstrated experience close to optical field, optical design, simulation, and hands-on laboratory validation.\nKnowledge with optical design software (e.g., SPEOS, Zemax, LightTools).\nA passion for problem-solving and a deep analytical approach to technical challenges.\nSolid communication skills and the ability to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment\nFluency in English is required to operate in our international organization.\nPrior experience in the automotive industry or plastic optical design is a significant advantage.\nWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?\nAt Capgemini Engineering, we encourage flexibility in how, when, and where people get their work done, allowing a better work-life balance, and greater empowerment.
