The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Applications DBA activities, installation, cloning, patching, performance tuning, upgrades, and administration of mission-critical Oracle EBS environments.\nPerform Oracle Apps DBA activities including cloning, patching, upgrades, and migrations.\nManage and maintain Oracle Application Server, WebLogic Server, Concurrent Manager, and Workflow components.\nConfigure and support Oracle EBS environments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production instances.\nPerform application and database cloning activities.\nApply Oracle EBS patches, CPU patches, and technology stack upgrades.\nMonitor application and database performance and implement tuning recommendations.\nManage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application and database-related issues.\nSupport audit, security, compliance, and user administration activities.\nYour Profile\nWork closely with functional, technical, infrastructure, and middleware teams.\nPrepare operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.\nHands-on experience with: Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1/R12.2, Oracle Database Administration (11g/12c/19c), Online Patching (ADOP), Rapid Clone, AutoConfig, WebLogic Server Administration, Oracle Application Server, Concurrent Manager Administration, Workflow Administration, Performance Tuning, Backup & Recovery using RMAN\nExperience in EBS upgrades, patching, refreshes, and migrations.\nStrong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration.\nExperience in troubleshooting application and database performance issues.\nExposure to Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and ASM environments.\nWhat you'll love about working with us\nWe value flexibility and support a healthy work-life balance through remote and hybrid work options.\nCompetitive compensation and benefits.\nCareer development programs and certifications in cloud technologies.\nA diverse and inclusive workplace that fosters innovation and collaboration.\nCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
