You will own delivery end to end for multi-pillar, multi-country deployments, leading onshore and offshore techno-functional teams and acting as the client's main point of contact for the program.\nThis role is built to grow. As you prove yourself on flagship programs, you will take on a portfolio of projects at one or more clients, with accountability for delivery assurance, margin, client satisfaction and account growth. You will work alongside sales and solution teams to shape new work and become a trusted advisor to client executives up to C-level.\nProgram Managers are responsible for overseeing the project/engagement/contract/activity on a daily basis and are responsible for delivering high-quality results within the identified objectives and constraints, ensuring the effective use of the allocated resources. They are responsible for risk and issue management, project/engagement communication and stakeholder management. Project managers perform the activities of planning, organising, securing, monitoring and managing the resources and work necessary to deliver specific project goals and objectives in an effective and efficient way. Responsible for leading either a large contractorengagement or a definable segment of a very large and complex contractorengagement. Clients may be external or internal. PM are responsible for the translation of the clients complex business requirements into formal agreements. For these, PM establish specific solutions, applications or processes which ultimately culminate in customer acceptance of the results. PM are responsible for a wide range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal through development, and final delivery.\nYour Role\nProgram delivery\nLead large, multi-pillar Oracle Cloud SaaS programs through all phases, from design workshops to go-live and post-implementation support\nDeliver every program on time, on budget and to agreed quality, with clear progress reporting on deliverables and milestones\nDirect onshore and offshore functional and technical teams, making sure delivery best practices are followed and work products are high quality\nRun detailed planning, effort estimation and progress tracking, and hold the team to the project plan\nGuide clients on process and configuration decisions, and drive change through negotiation and consensus-building\nOwn scope, risk and change management, including raising and negotiating change requests\nDrive all client and project governance meetings, and act as the escalation point for the client\nUse AI-enabled tools and delivery accelerators to improve productivity and quality\nPortfolio and commercial leadership (grows over time)\nTake on executive oversight of a portfolio of Oracle Cloud projects across one or more clients\nOwn project financials, including margin, revenue and bookings forecasting, and contribution margin improvement plans\nSupport delivery assurance, solution reviews and deal reviews\nPlan resource assignment and demand across the portfolio\nBuild long-term client relationships and senior stakeholder trust, up to C-level\nSpot and qualify add-on opportunities in existing accounts, and help close them with sales and solution teams\nContribute to pursuits with proposals, estimates, win themes and client presentations\nCoach and develop consultants and project managers, and help build Oracle Cloud skills across the team\nContribute to Capgemini's Oracle Cloud community through offers, solutions, accelerators and knowledge sharing\nYour Skills and Experience\n12+ years in the Oracle applications ecosystem, including multiple full life cycle implementations\nProject or program manager on at least 5-6 Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations, including at least one large, multi-pillar or multi-country program\nHands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud SaaS across at least two of ERP Financials, SCM, HCM, EPM and CX\nProven record of delivering on time, on budget and to quality, with ownership of project financials and margin\nExperience leading onshore and offshore teams in global delivery models\nStrong client management, with experience working with senior and C-level stakeholders\nExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills\nBachelor's degree in business, IT or a related field\nNice to have\nExperience overseeing several projects at once, or a portfolio within a major account\nTrack record of growing revenue in existing accounts and supporting sales pursuits\nPMP, PgMP, Prince2 or Oracle Cloud certifications\nExperience using AI tools to improve delivery productivity\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $98,497 - $233,248\nCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
