to ensure successful client outcomes.\nPartner with client stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams to gather requirements, align priorities, and deliver business value.\nDrive project governance, providing regular updates to sponsors, steering committees, and senior stakeholders.\nIdentify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.\nLead cross-functional, onshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring strong collaboration and accountability.\nMonitor project financials, including forecasting, budget management, resource utilisation, and commercial performance.\nSupport project teams in delivering key implementation activities including workshops, configuration, testing, training, data migration, and go-live readiness.\nEstablish and track value realisation measures to ensure clients achieve measurable benefits from their Oracle investment.\nContribute to pre-sales and business development activities through solution planning, estimation, resource planning, and delivery strategy.\nWhat You'll Bring\nProven experience managing large-scale Oracle implementation and transformation programs.\nStrong track record delivering Oracle Cloud projects across ERP, SCM, HCM, OCI, and integration technologies.\nDemonstrated success leading complex programs using Agile delivery methodologies.\nExperience managing multiple delivery streams and Agile teams simultaneously.\nStrong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at executive level.\nExperience working with global, distributed, and onshore-offshore delivery models.\nStrong commercial acumen with experience managing project financials, forecasting, budgets, and resource planning.\nExperience delivering one or more of the following:\nOracle ERP Cloud Transformation\nOracle E-Business Suite Implementations\nOracle E-Business Suite Upgrades\nOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Migrations\nOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
