Leveraging your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, you will play a key role in shaping solution design, driving best practices, supporting business development activities, and mentoring junior team members within a collaborative and innovative delivery environment.\nYour Role\nAs an Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Application Consultant, you will lead the functional design and delivery of Oracle HCM solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, integration architects, and technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into effective, end-to-end solutions. You will facilitate workshops, provide expertise across Oracle HCM modules, review integration and technical designs, and support complex transformation programmes within multi-supplier environments. You will also help shape solution strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, support pre-sales activities, and ensure that Oracle HCM best practices are applied to deliver successful business outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Workforce Compensation.\nFacilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to understand business needs and define solution requirements.\nConfigure or support the configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud applications and ensure successful integration with related systems.\nCollaborate with Integration Architects and OIC Developers to ensure functional requirements are translated into effective technical solutions.\nSupport interface and integration design workshops and provide guidance on integration impacts, dependencies, and process design considerations.\nReview technical designs to ensure alignment with business processes, operational requirements, and Oracle HCM best practices.\nAct as the key liaison between business, functional, technical, and integration teams to ensure successful solution delivery.\nBuild strong relationships with HR, Payroll, Security, Reporting, Shared Services, and technical delivery teams, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.\nFacilitate discussions with client stakeholders, implementation partners, and third-party suppliers within complex multi-supplier environments.\nCommunicate technical concepts and solution options clearly to non-technical audiences and business stakeholders.\nSupport large-scale Oracle SaaS transformation programmes, applying industry best practices and delivery experience.\nContribute to business development activities, including client presentations, demonstrations, bid responses, and proposal development.\nStay current with Oracle HCM Cloud innovations, capabilities, and roadmap developments, sharing knowledge and best practices across the team.\nYour skills and experience\nOracle HCM Functional Expertise\nStrong Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting background with deep knowledge of HCM processes and best practices.\nProven expertise in configuring and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Learning, Absence Management, Payroll, and Workforce Compensation.\nStrong understanding of Oracle HCM product capabilities, roadmap, industry best practices, and emerging trends.\nExperience delivering a minimum of three full end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.\nOracle HCM Cloud certification(s) preferred.\nOracle Global Human Resources Cloud Implementation Professional Certification\nOracle Talent Management Cloud Implementation Professional Certification\nOracle Absence Management Cloud Implementation Professional Certification\nOracle Recruiting Cloud Implementation Professional Certification\nOracle Learning Cloud Implementation Professional Certification\nOracle Workforce Compensation Cloud Implementation Professional Certification\nOracle Payroll Cloud Implementation Professional Certification\nGood understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle HCM integration frameworks.\nAbility to translate business requirements into functional designs and integration solutions.\nExperience reviewing and validating technical designs to ensure alignment with business processes and programme objectives.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.\nAbility to confidently engage with business leaders, HR teams, technical teams, suppliers, and programme stakeholders.\nSkilled at explaining technical concepts, integration impacts, and solution options to non-technical audiences.\nExperience working within complex, multi-supplier delivery environments.\nProgramme Delivery Experience\nMinimum of 7 years' experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and consulting services within complex programme environments.\nExperience supporting large-scale public sector or government transformation programmes.\nKnowledge of Government Shared Services and HR operating models would be advantageous.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\nProfessional CIPD qualification is desirable.\nCurrent UK Government Security Clearance (SC) is desirable.\nWe are a Disability Confident
