Where no two days are the same.\nAbout the Role:\nWe are looking for an OT DevOps Engineer to support the operation, automation, and continuous delivery of industrial Operational Technology platforms.\nThe role focuses on applying DevOps practices within Industrial Engineering and OT environments, particularly across OT Platforms, Energy Management Systems (EMS), SCADA, PLC and DCS ecosystems. You will contribute to the reliability, availability, security, and continuous improvement of OT platforms by combining CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, monitoring, and cybersecurity practices.\nYour Responsibilities:\nOperate, monitor, and maintain OT platforms, proactively responding to alerts and ensuring high availability, reliability, and platform performance;\nDesign, implement, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines for OT and industrial environments;\nAutomate testing, deployments, configuration, and operational processes to increase reliability and minimize platform downtime;\nWork with Microsoft Azure CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) processes supporting OT platform delivery and operations;\nCollaborate closely with DevOps, IT/OT, engineering, cybersecurity, and business teams to integrate DevOps practices into industrial workflows;\nApply OT cybersecurity requirements and security best practices, supporting secure and compliant platform operations and software delivery;\nTroubleshoot platform and deployment issues, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the adoption of new automation, monitoring, and DevOps technologies;\nYour Profile:\nHands-on DevOps experience within Industrial Engineering or Operational Technology projects, preferably involving OT Platforms, EMS, SCADA, PLC or DCS environments.\nStrong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI or similar technologies, ideally applied within OT/industrial environments.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure DevOps/CI/CD, automation frameworks, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) processes.\nGood understanding of OT architectures, industrial systems and protocols, particularly environments involving SCADA, PLCs and DCS.\nExperience with Linux environments, preferably Red Hat or equivalent, combined with solid troubleshooting and platform operations skills.\nUnderstanding of OT cybersecurity requirements, security best practices, and industry standards, with a security-by-design mindset.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, proactive approach to monitoring and operations, and the ability to collaborate effectively across IT, OT, engineering, and business teams.\nWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?\nCollaborative and Inclusive Culture: You’ll work alongside passionate engineers striving to provide the best service to our clients and communities with shared interests and identities, in a dynamic environment involving teams spread across different global locations;\nFlexibility and Growth: Enjoy flexible working hours and access to a wide range of professional development opportunities, including training programs, learning platforms and certifications.
